I haven't received any payments on my account for 9 months. But our account has been selling normally. We have also not received any other notifications regarding the payment. I've contacted Amazon Support several times, but they don't know why, the case has been transferred and there is no response.
Recently I sent an email to jeff explaining the situation. And then it worked. My account will need to verify the account documents.
I submitted documents to verify my account, but I still don't have any available balance.
I sent the mail again to jeff and payments-funds. There was no reply. It looks like sending an email only works once.
Please help me.
