Amazon Seller Account Deactivated due link another account that I never finished activation
Hello everyone in the seller group,
Problem: My US account will be Deactivatedd because it was linked to a previous US account from the EU account that I never completed activating through the same profile. My current US account was created in May 2020 and the failed EU account was created in January 2021.
Reason and action: I contacted the team and they called me back today to inform me that my US account (A) was linked to another US account (B) that I was not aware of. Then I was offered a store name and it was the name of the EU account, but when I asked again, support claimed that it was a US account that was not linked to the EU. After checking, I discovered that I used the same US profile (A) to register the EU account. However, the EU account could not be successfully verified in 2021, so I gave it up.
Unfortunately, I could not closethe EU account because it can only be closed after successful verification. I was unaware that there was another US account associated with this EU account. The Amazon system created another US account when the EU account failed without notifying me. As a result, there are now two US accounts under one profile. I didn't want to have multiple accounts, just EU and US accounts under the same profile.
Following the advice of the same Amazon account manager, I registered both my US (A) and EU accounts under the same business profile to open multiple sites. This practice was encouraged by Amazon in 2021, and that's what the Amazon account manager told me to do, claiming that just change the email address, you can register another site. Now it has destroyed my US account.
However, Amazon is now demanding that I prove that my two US accounts are not linked or they will close the one I am currently using. I am currently having a problem with my Amazon account. I am not sure how to provide this proof. I would appreciate your assistance with this urgent matter. Thank you very much.
