Read onlyHas anyone else received account balance adjustments for Shipping services purchased through Amazon that appear to be incorrect or don't have a good reason attached to them? We have had several that have the carrier audited dimensions and weight exactly the same as our supplied dimensions and weight.
What are we supposed to do about this? Is there a dispute process? Or at least can Amazon add an enhancement request to their devs to get the real carrier audit message displayed so we can avoid these!?
Have had the same issues all year, but I can never get actual evidence from Amazon, who tells me to contact the carrier, only to have the carrier tell us that it is not our account and they can not provide us with evidence. IMO, this is just another Amazon way of getting more money from 3rd party sellers.
