I'm seeing conflicting info on this online..
Instead of clicking the "request feedback" button which sends another templated email to the buyer, I'd like to add a personal touch since and my own custom-written message as I only have a couple dozen sales.
Is there a way I can do this in Seller Central while ensuring I'm staying compliant?

Is there a way I can do this in Seller Central while ensuring I'm staying compliant?
You may often find there are no contact options after you confirm an order (no contact options other than refund).
The only "safe" way is to use the link provided. That requests both product review and seller feedback.

Just in case others have the same issue, the Most Helpful Reply feature brings the selected response right to the top of your thread. While creating a custom message requesting a review is not technically prohibited as we have the auto-templated messaging in place already, it's possible your custom message may be received as 'unsolicited' so customers can opt out from receiving them. You would also need to be careful of not violating any buyer-seller messaging guidelines.
