We are the brand owner of multiple ansi. We also enrolled them to TRANSPARENCY program. Somehow Amazon AI changed the titles, and these new titles make no sense to most buyers. But now we can't edit them. Amazon help center is of no help. They said our own stores in Europe now have the privilege over these ansi.
The fact is our own European stores do not even list any of these at all. How could they have the privilege instead?
We had to spend many hours working on them, but without any good results.

I have reviewed your case and as you have Brand Registry on the ASIN under both accounts, we will not be able to remove the contributions. You can remove the privileges for the account with the same name you are using here and upload your items with a category specific file from the account with the same name displayed in your case, and this should override your other accounts information.
The second option is to have them fully remove their contributions from our system for the ASIN ending in XWF4 in the accounts they have access to using the SKU: T10025-sf. Once they do, then do a full upload of your inventory with the first process listed and this will override their contributions and allow yours to display.
In order to fully remove all of the information provided from your other account, you will need to follow the steps listed below that are in this help page.
You only need to add the SKU to the appropriate column in the file, then follow the instructions:
Delete both your offers and item data contributions.
Enter an "x" in the add-delete field in your Inventory Loader file. This will completely remove all data associated with your SKU.
