I am not able to add brand name in my listing

i am uploading photos of my brand's product and packaging, but I am not getting brand approval. I even have a trademark certificate, which is currently in the "formalities check pass" status. Despite this, I am unable to list my products. Please help me, as I have been trying for a long time.
