hello, my account is banned or deactivated due to the reason of section 3, when i appealed they replied me with the insufficient info and say resend or upload complete info, can someone help me in this problem and even it is due to same name account login on different marketplaces.

From what you have shared so far, I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you would like some guidance on how to get this resolved.

Since you mentioned that this is due to account with the same name as yours in a different marketplace, this suggests that you opted into global selling. If any of your stores in other regions becomes deactivated, all of your stores will be deactivated until the affected marketplace has been reinstated.

I suggest to visit all of the stores you have to see which one is deactivated. Once you find it you can visit the performance notification section to learn why the account is enforced and what is required to reactivate. After that store has been reactivated, you can "appeal" in this account confirming the same and your account will be reviewed for reinstatement.
