I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the compliance documents I uploaded on November 18th for two cases:

Case ID 2: 16683104261 (ASIN: B0DMHDYWKC, Kids Utensil)
It has now been over three weeks, and I have not received a response from the Product Compliance Team. My inventory has been ready to ship during this time, but I cannot proceed because the compliance review is still pending.
Additionally, I have been receiving repeated emails requesting that I upload the required compliance documents. Since I already uploaded them, I am concerned that there might be a system issue causing these emails, or that my submissions are not being recognized.
Could you please confirm the status of my submissions and let me know if any further action is required on my part? Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated, as the delay is impacting my ability to serve my customers.
