Id really appreciate some help please.
Ive been trying to close my account for months. Amazon just doesn't respond to the help cases created by the "close account" request under accounts.
I have had so many conversations with Amazon associates who say "only the internal team can close an account." Repeatedly requesting on the same case (created by amazons automatic closure system) for closure, or creating other cases -doesnt help.
Ive downgraded to individual. I have no stock, no balance, and an account that is healthy. To top it all, I have now been threatened (via email) that if I don't give an epr number to Amazon France, im going to be charged fees. I have no interest in selling in France, never signed up to it, have no epr registration and never want to.
This "not responding" seems to be a license to print money for themselves. It's easy to sign up to Amazon, but when you want to leave (even with a healthy account), amazon is preventing me. Short of getting a legal team to take over, I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help?
