How can we submit a POA for our premium shipping eligibility to be reinstated.
We have received the following email from Amazon:
When we click on the mentioned link to submit a POA it leads us to the 'Performance notification, which does now us to reply or respond to any of the performance notifications:
The email we received from Amazon’s performance team does not accept incoming emails. We tried to email seller-performance@amazon.com but this email also just returns auto reply of:
“This email address no longer accepts incoming messages, and emails sent to this alias will not be reviewed by Amazon.”
The only POA submitting option in Seller Central we can see is for Seller Fulfilled Prime. We also tried this, but when we do the case gets automatically transferred to seller performance team, which auto replies with the first email we attached. Hence, this just creates a loop.
There seems to be no clear way to submit a POA specifically for premium shipping eligibility. We would greatly appreciate any material advise that would helps us resolve this issue.
Thank you.

Allen with Amazon here to assist.
In review of the information you have provided so far, I have notified the appropriate parties to reach out for further support. Please ensure your contact information is updated in Seller Central. Alternatively, I would like to try and continue to assist here in this space. I was able to find some information on this process through an article titled Submit a Plan of Action for Premium Shipping Options. In the second paragraph of that article is a link for “customer metrics”. This will take you back to the account health dashboard where, under valid tracking rate you will see a link titled “view shipping eligibilities here”. From there you will be directed to the seller fulfilled prime performance page where, on the right hand side, is an option to “create POA”.
Let us know if you need additional assistance
Respectfully,
Allen
