Why is YXU1 taking FOREVER to process anything???

Hi I would love to know once again why Amazon is deliberately delaying processing shipments at YXU1.

This facility is multi billion dollars, is 80 % Robotic Operated and yet can't process one single box in 18-20 days??

Somebody needs to be FIRED now.

This In Turn delays Sales, delays payments, and Drastically lowers the Customer Experience which you, Supposedly Amazon are all about.

It also lowers your IPI which in turn then lowers your Storage Capacity. Nice Touch.

Taking that long to process anything is an Absolute Disgrace and makes me think you only hire Brainless Idiots.

So do fix this please as it would be really nice to actually get back to Decent Sales again.

Thanks.

Yep its a total disaster across all of the FBA facilities, but its the same across the border according to the US forums. I just posted an update I received for a small shipment stuck in limbo at YHM1. I was told a month or more was normal!

It does appear that Amazon has shifted towards perhaps prioritizing their own shipments and products? Regardless, I agree. Its hard to imagine this being "normal" and not being done deliberately at this point. Between the delays and lost/damaged products how can a seller possibly be successful?

FBA cannot be the weakest link, otherwise we all fail (including Amazon)

Did you send your shipment by LTL or parcels?

We found out overtime that literally 80% of the shipments we send by small parcels (especially if its not UPS) get lost during inbound (months of waiting until the shipment is closed by AMZ) and the reimbursement process is a complete mess.

LTL is more likely to have overcharges for storage because the scheduled appointments are often delayed, but at least your inventory is more likely to be received in reasonable delay and with less discrepancies.

Ridiculous!!! 2025.

That was the case a few years ago, from what I recall, until Amazon took action to resolve it.

Similarly, for us in YEG2:

We got like 300 units sent, delivered with the partnered carrier shortly: NO RECEPTION close to 2 months now.

The shipment closed after a month.

Several contacts for why is the reception delay - no action. Advised: Wait until they declare it lost. Then open a case. Opened a case --> 3 weeks: "looking into it".

WE NEED THE INVENTORY WE SEND TO BE RECEIVED. WE ARE HOLDING SHIPMENTS NOW.

Unclear where the issue is stemming from; I am scared to send anything to FBA or what will happen with future shipments.

Inventory would have been sold a month ago if it had been received accordingly.

17451758381 - Case ID. If someone can check, PLEASE.

I am worried they will not locate it.
