Need Help to Remove Review that Violates Community Guidelines
I have an FBA product that received a customer review criticizing the shipping/product packaging. This review content is explicitly prohibited according to the Community Guidelines in the "What's Not Allowed" part.

We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:
· Sellers and the Customer Service they provide
· Ordering issues and returns
· Shipping packaging
· Product condition and damage
· Shipping cost and speed
Why not? Community content is meant to help customers learn about the product itself, not an individual experience ordering it. We definitely want to hear your feedback about sellers and packaging, but not in reviews or questions and answers.

I've contacted seller support, but they instructed me to click the "report" button under the review, which I did, and received a format response saying it's not violation;
I sent emails to community-help but no reply yet.
What else can I do?

Thanks for your post.
I will tell you what I told another seller today. I understand the point you are making and I am aware of the verbiage in the guidelines regarding shipping. Unfortunately, my experience with that business team is that they are not responsive, as can be seen by the many posts sellers make here. I have escalated for other sellers and I have never been able to get them to remove a product review. One of the reasons they espouse is that if there is anything in the review that is about something other than shipping then it stays and is not removed.
