I received an email sometime ago that my account was dormant and set to be inactive and that I needed to update CC details. My CC wasn't expired so I assumed it was a phishing attempt and ignored it. Fast Forward to now and I created a listing and received another email stating I need to verify selling on Amazon account with 2 links. "Amazon North America" and "Amazon Australia". First off....I do NOT sell in Australia.
I create a case# 15409290951 and their response is:
1. Go to "Settings" and select "Account Info":
2. Click "Reactivate Account" and follow the next steps
There is nothing there that says "Reactivate Account"
I reply and show them what I see on screen and they send this: We have reviewed your submission, but we could not complete your verification. As a result, your account will not be activated.
Need some help here. I updated my CC info.
I clicked the Australia Link and got the verification page and changed it to United States and sent in the paperwork. We will see what happens.
