1-star review that violates the community guidelines is ruining my brand reputation
I am escalating this issue to moderators after using the report button and creating a case ID 15676458711
Also, I wrote an email to the community but none of these channels helped me.
I am requesting the removal of two reviews associated with our products on Amazon, which violate Amazon's Community Guidelines.
Both reviews falsely claim that our brand is not recognized by an NGO organization. While our company is not an official member due to the minimum fee requirement, we still support the initiative through individual donations. This allows us to contribute meaningfully, even if we're not listed as official collaborators.
Additionally, the reviews focus more on our brand's perceived integrity rather than providing a detailed and factual account of their experience with the product. The reviews include phrases such as "THIS BRAND LACKS INTEGRITY!" and "This brand is not trustworthy. Save your money and avoid these products!" These statements are defamatory and intended to harm the reputation of our brand.
All these allegations are false and it breaks the Amazon policy "Libel, Defamation, or Inflammatory Content", and "Fake Information and Irrelevant Content" as they are talking about the seller sharing false information that is harming our brand reputation.
Possible Same Customer:
It appears both reviews were submitted by the same customer who changed their name from Jerry to "Amazon" after posting the reviews. This violates Amazon's policy of maintaining a single account for review submissions and undermines the credibility of the reviews.
We would like to emphasize the fact that we try to offer the highest quality customer service and in this case, we did our best to communicate with this customer to see how we can solve this issue, but the customer didn't respond to our messages. We maintain a healthy performance account and we have never received such a negative review from any customer, so we suspect that these are competitor reviews trying to harm our products.
After providing enough information about these reviews, we kindly request their prompt removal.
