Competitor left us a negative seller feedback and even admitted as such to Amazon, is this not against policy?

Long story short we have a competitor doing whatever they can to keep us out of a listing. They are calling themselves the "authorized distributor" of the product, which is all fine and well but the problem is that our product is coming from one of their wholesalers with full documentation to prove it. They keep having us removed and we keep being reinstated because again our product is 100% legitimate. It's quite a stupid game to be playing but luckily Amazon is on our side in the end, if we are selling a legitimate product and can prove as such you don't get to just say that we can't sell it because you want to keep the listing to yourself.

Well the new wrinkle is that it appears they purchased the product from us at some point and left us a negative seller feedback for it, they even admitted as such in the recent removal that the order number was from them. We suspected as such but now we have proof, of course Amazon refused to remove the feedback at the time because we couldn't prove it. The case for the feedback removal has long closed and cannot be reopened, would the feedback now qualify for removal especially considering that they posed as a customer in the negative feedback?

It is case ID 112-0303840-1844201 and the performance notification we just received they specifically list the order number 112-0303840-1844201 as being a purchase they made and left us a negative feedback for it posing as a customer. Would really appreciate some mod help here!

Everyone selling on Amazon must be BRAND AUTHORIZED to sell that brand ON AMAZON. Besides that, leaving the negative feedback is a violation.

Your Organic Honey Power Candy Coffee Pure Honey Ginseng is missing vital ingredient information that is required to be shown. Your box is also marked "manufactured for Khan El Asal" so you are better authorized by said person to retail this.
