We have been using "Buy Amazon Shipping" service for all of our orders for a long time. However just 2 weeks ago, a buyer filed an A-Z claim as "item not received". The carrier UPS has the order delivered to the correct address. The claim was denied by Amazon and then the same claim was reopened and granted. We are very much confused. My other post was replied by some Amazon support but got no where as of today.
I am very frustrated at this point. It is a high valued item and we are out of money and also got a dent.
Please help!!!!!
Thank you all in advance.
appeal it again.
But just to be sure: the carrier posted an acceptance scan before or on the shipping date provided by Amazon?

Hello @spooz
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
For clarification, was the order shipped using a claims protected shipping label? For reference, Amazon provides A-to-z and SAFE-T claims protection against "Package didn't arrive" claims when all of the following criteria are met:
[1] Amazon has reimbursed the buyer for the undelivered package.
[2] The shipping label was:
[3] The order was shipped on time. Timeliness is determined by the carrier's first scan, not by your shipment confirmation.
Please feel free to provide the related order ID that received the claim and I can review the correspondence already provided. Looking forward to your reply.
