The boy comes to the seller's place to scan the parcel at 11:00 and the tempo loads all the parcels at 11:30 and leaves with the parcel at (12:30) noon half of the parcels are scanned at noon and the wrong parcels that the customer is getting are being scanned at the parcel hub at 6:00, so why is there so much difference. If it is being picked up and taken at the same time, then why is there so much difference in scanning?

We have told all this to the hub in charge but no shot was fired.

I would request all sellers who are facing a problem to share it with the order ID so that Amazon knows that it is not the seller's fault. And Amazon should take action against those who are stealing and they should fire the guy and throw him out!
