The normal investigation time for the compliance team is 15 working days, but it's been over 15 working days for a long time and the product is still under review.
We urgently hope that Amazon can review our products as soon as possible in order to sell our products.

- ASIN's compliance documents have been approved and the product is back live on the website

- ASIN's compliance documents have been approved and the product is back live on the website

- Case is missing an image of the product displaying the Brand/manufacturer name on the product, matching the test reports and Amazon's detail page.

- Case is still under review by the Compliance team. I will provide any news on the progress on it as soon as they get back to me.

I see the latest updates on the compliance are:
CASE ID ending in 3891 associated with ASIN ending in W2GC ❌ and CASE ID ending in 3831 associated with ASIN ending in R8VW ❌ are both missing additional information:
- Image of the product displaying the Brand/manufacturer name on the product, matching the test reports and Amazon's detail page.
- Acceptable Test Reports as the ones you have submitted are unable to be approved. The team was unable to confirm at this time the authenticity of those test reports. To move forward with your case, please submit a test report from a CPSC-accepted laboratory that is accredited to test to Mobile Chargers.
