Read onlyIve been getting afew "Item Never Received" recently under FBA.
One of which is £100
It looks like Amazon have just passed the cost onto me. Surely this is not my liability, as i didnt fulfil it? It was Amazon Fulfilled.
On my transaction screen, theyve debitted the monies for the refund to the customer.
Can anyone advise if this is correct? Or if i need to do anything to claim? I tried a TSafe claim but said ineligable.
But to me, this seems like its not my liability as played no part in the fulfilment.
If the item doesn't find its way back to the fulfilment centre, you will be automatically refunded. Not sure how long you have to wait, 30 or 45 days rings a bell.
