Account deactivated due to dormancy
My account was deactivated due to dormancy, but I've been updating inventory and accessing the account repeatedly over the past month or so with no issue until now. I've verified payment info and everything requested but it has not been activated yet. furthermore, troubleshooting is impossible because the help button redirect me back to the inactive notice and I cannot contact anyone to resolve this.

Our team was working this error, as per resolution provided on 09/25/2024, you will need to update (or re-enter) payment method one more time for the system to let going further with activation process (it may take some time).
