Hello, at the beginning of this month I had lost buy box eligibility on all my FBM listings.

I believe this may be possibly(?) due to several lost shipments and having to address shipping problems due to my local carrier losing many mail packages. I believe there may be negative metrics impacting my account but these have been addressed and my account shows as healthy. All my metrics are on target. I have spoken with the Account Health team and they have verified all my metrics are healthy and within target. Can you please help address what outstanding issue is impacting my buy box eligibility? How long do I need to wait for whatever restriction to be removed?
