Recently we have received abusive messages from a buyer. Our support team is highly qualified to handle difficult situations. However the way that this customer writes to us threats the sensibility of the reader.
How does Amazon protect the seller of extreme cases?
Protection from Amazon for sellers? Are you kidding?

I found this guidance in the Buyer-Seller Messages FAQ:
"To report a message, click the Report Message on your Buyer-Seller Messages page, the seller App, or the email you receive. Then select the appropriate reason for reporting and click the Report Message that is displayed at the bottom of the message to submit the report."
"Once a message is reported, you are not required to respond to the message or mark it as No response needed."
