Our Account got violation of Product Authenticity complain on 28th nov and the time to address this appeal is 5th December but before the deadline of this appeal on 4th Dec Our Account got deactivated without any warning before the timeline to address the issue then we Acknowledge the violation because we have not full documents then we submitted the Acknowledgement appeal on both listing level and Account level with Plan of Action (POA) then on 5th Dec one mail comes from Amazon team and they are saying that "we reviewed your provided information and decided that you may continue to sell this item on Amazon".
This mail comes 3 times in a day and the violation in our Account Health Dashboard is also removed by the team but Account not re-activated yet, after waiting more than 24 Hours we contacted the Account Health Team and tell them about this incident they said that sir your account definitely reactivate allow some time to the internal team they ask for 72 hours we give them we waited another 72 hours But nothing happen,
Then we again contacted the Account Health team and asked for the update from the internal team but there is no update from the internal team also after 5 days then Account Health Associate tell us that sir you are right on your place there is some miscalculation or confusion by internal team But don't worry now I'm raising the second review request for your account and send it to the higher authority team they will check and re-activate your account definitely,
- They also said that as per my experience your account will be definitely Re-activated because you are right on your place and this fault is by the internal team.
They said us to wait for another 72 hours to wait But but Second review request raise on 9th Dec according to that the 72 hours is 12th of Dec but Now is 15th of Dec also passed but not update from internal team, No update from Higher authority, No update from Account Health Specialist, No one is providing the resolution to us.
