Listings Keep Getting Deleted For No Reason
Has anyone dealt with listings randomly getting deleted with no warning from Amazon?
This weekend, two of our top ASINs keep going into stranded inventory because the listings are suddenly being deleted. There are no performance notifications, and we’re the brand owner. I’ve tried recreating the listings, but a few hours later, they get deleted again.
Anyone seen this before or know what might be causing it?

happening to us as well. FBA only listings, stranded then we relist and it’s deleted again an hour or two later.

Mine are all back up and staying up. I’ve even edited them and they are still up. Here’s things I did that may have worked, not sure which one worked but something did at least. Some of these may not apply to your store though
1. Disconnected Shopify Marketplace Connect. We use this to sync FBM orders with our Shopify store and connect all sales.

3. Relisted then once the listing was confirmed (you get an email saying it’s been created) I immediately went in and edited the listing. Check for anything with the red exclamation point, we had one under safety. It looks like for some reason it wasn’t relisting with the right safety information and was missing it. We just put it back in and saved.
4. Check all account health compliance request in ALL marketplaces. Use the dropdown at the top and go through each one individually. For us there was one compliance request in Canada market but it didn’t show up in any other market account health page. We completed it and now it looks okay.
