Cancelling Brand Registry Application CASE ID 16663778361
Hello,
I had made a Brand registry application with the case ID number of 16663778361 on 11/14/2024. However, I had made a mistake giving that the trademark registry number is 2023/137725. So I would like to cancell my Brand registry application and make a new one with the correcet trademark registry number. Would you please help on cancellation of my brand registry application with the case ID : 16663778361. Thanks in advence.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist. I am not sure why, but the case was transferred outside of Brand Registry enrolment. Thank you for the case ID, I have reviewed and escalated to either close the current case OR to transfer the case back to Brand Registry enrollment for consideration with the additional attachments you submitted on 11/20.
I will provide an update as soon as I receive one.
