Amazon deactivated an account called TelosTop linked to the current account due to IDv issue. I've applied all the needed documents including
1) Utility bill
2) Bank account
3) Address
4) IDv
5) Inform Act
The documents have been verified successfully and I even received an email stating that my account will be active. However, Nothing happened and the account is still deactivated.
I don't understand why the account is still deactivated. There is no more requested papers from my end and all the documents I provided has been verified successfully.
Please advise what are the next steps for me as I truly believe that there is an issue from your end!
