I am writing to follow up on a reimbursement issue regarding my shipment ID: FBA18F9D76LW, which was shipped on September 17, 2024. After 80 days of investigation, I have received partial reimbursement for some items in the shipment. However, several units remain unaccounted for, as detailed below:
Missing Reimbursement:
1. FNSKU: X004CGRAP7
Quantity missing: 49 units
2.FNSKU: X004BJNQ53 Quantity missing: 1 unit
I kindly request that you review Case ID: 16651352511 and Case ID: 16471288731, and investigate the missing reimbursement for the above items. The value of the missing units is significant, and I would appreciate a resolution at the earliest possible convenience.

This is a bad time of the year now for sorting things out. FBA employees are focused on shipping out what buyers are purchasing. Maybe in January, you will receive a better response or maybe not.

I was checking that the case ID 16651352511 and case ID 16471288731 and I see those cases are for the same shipment.
In the case ID 16651352511 I see that recently a reimbursement was approved.
If you would like to have more details about the reimbursement, I do recommend you to follow up on that case ID.
