The reason for the suspension of my account is the allegation that we are selling counterfeit products, which is not true.
For your information, the products in question, B0CZ76329H and B000ES7A6U, belong to the Paramount brand. We have contacted the Paramount brand officials and presented them with our original invoices for both products. In the process, the complaint was withdrawn for both products and they confirmed that our products are genuine.
Despite the fact that the brand officials reviewed our invoices and withdrew their complaint, our invoices are not accepted by Amazon and our account is not activated.

Ok, the brand said the invoices were ok (from wherever you purchased them from), but did they specifically say you are allowed to sell it on Amazon as a 3rd party seller?
