Read onlyCASE 15591698141- FBA Inbound Performance problem investigation - Shipment ID:FBA183SPTXC0
The above shipment per FBA records shows ALL items were received 100% accurate from Units expected/Units located, however seller support is denying this and claiming there was additional/missing units.
The case ID also includes a screenshot of the FBA Shipment log showing the items were 100% correctly counted and received.

While looking into this shipment further, I noticed that you have requested a prep investigation rather than a shipment reconciliation. For the discrepancy that you're experiencing, I would recommend following the steps listed on the Reconcile Your Shipment help page to request the proper investigation. Please know that I am unable to escalate this shipment further until it has gone through the reconciliation investigation.
If you haven't done so already, I'd also encourage you to read through this post that lays out the differences between a shipment reconciliation and a prep investigation.
