Hello,I’m trying to finish setting up my Amazon seller account, but I’m having trouble with the identity verification and tax information section. I followed all the steps and uploaded the required documents, but the system keeps rejecting them or showing error messages.I’m not sure what’s wrong. Connor from Amazon here, I see that during your tax interview there were some inconsistencies with guidelines provided by the IRS associated with the a U.S. permanent address.
You can choose to retake the interview or provide more details about the U.S. address you gave to the tax team.
