Extranal Product ID still showing up even the product is handmade and brand generic
Hi,
I want to know how can i submit my product listing when all my prdouct is handmade with no product ID also i selected the brand as generic. I have tried the GITIN exemption but it opens to new page with product information in catalog and even then it asks me to have ID how can i bypass it or apply for exemption if this is how it works.
I have selected no product ID
all product is handmade
and brand is generic. Thank yo!

Are you trying to build multiple products at once as a variation? Please note that you can't use the build a variation tool to list products without a GTIN. However you can create a variation after you create all your listings. I would recommend taking screenshots of the issue you are having and reaching out to Seller Support. Provide your Case ID here and I will investigate further. Thank you for your understanding.
