We recently launched a new line of items, and it appears Amazon has been issuing refunds like water, and 90% of the refund reasons are the same!! Shipping Address Undeliverable.
Why is Amazon shipping or fulfilling those orders in the first place? and all the fees get put back onto me, I dont get how so many orders can be undeliverable, does anyone have any insight?
Greetings @Seller_4UqBK7U7FKzKI,
Have you raised this concern for this with Seller Support, and requested an investigation into these orders? Additionally, were these MFN or FBA orders?

Do the tracking numbers all have TBA in front of them?
The reason I am asking is because I placed an FBA order last month as a buyer that they kept delaying and delaying and delaying the delivery dates and I finally canceled it and I noticed the tracking number they gave to me had a TBA in front of it which means it's shipping with Amazon Logistics, which I'm thinking may have some volume issues. I reordered a similar product from a different fBA vendor and that was shipped right away with a USPS tracking number instead of a TBA number.
I wonder if Amazon told the seller of the first order that my address was undeliverable simply because Amazon could not fulfill it.
But if they are not shipping these at all you wouldn't be getting any fees so hopefully that's the case...
I have some of these returns. Who has to eat the return postage?
