Hello,
I have a case open due to my account being deactivated for a Brand I dont have on the account. It has been two days and I have not gotten a response from Amazon Seller Support.
It doesn't matter if you have that brand "on the account" or not. The fact of having listed it is enough. Now, Amazon asks you a valid supply chain, an invoice and a "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner. If you don't have both, your account will not be reinstated.
Normally, an answer from seller support doesn't arrive withing TWO days.....
"It has been two days and I have not gotten a response from Amazon Seller Support. "
As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACnoted, Amazon is NOT FAST.
EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.
Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.
They are well known for making a snail look fast.
Sit back, relax, and study Seller U just in case you get reinstated.

AND, if your Forum 'handle' is an indication of what you tried to sell, have you read all the posts about the new restrictions on supplements?
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
