AWD receives 1 box but i cannot find it in storage to move...

Where is the inventory. The shipment page says 1 box received. I cannot find the inventory in AWD storage.

@Topher_AmazonCan you look into this... I think regular seller support wont be able to help as this is a AWD issue... I feel it needs to be routed to the correct depart to fix this...
