We sent 560 units in shipment FBA18P5KZFG2 ,however we were told that 0 piece were received. We are requesting an investigation for case ID 17448083721. We've already submitted a photo of the Appointment Information that includes the appointment ID and a copy of Bill of Lading. However, Amazon continues to ask for another type of proof of delivery for the shipment.
Can you help me with this issue?
