Account being billed for no reason after everything is deactivated.
Hello,
I’ve noticed some unexpected charges coming into my credit card, despite not being active in any country. I’ve set all countries to inactive mode and have already paid all my advertising bills, but I’m still seeing random charges every month! I no longer wish to sell on Amazon and have been inactive for 4 months now and I can't get access to anything to view anything. Could someone please look into this and clarify where these charges are coming from?

Is your selling plan is set to Individual (professional has monthly fees)? See the Manage Your Services section to change.
