Unverified Review: Is This Malicious Competition?

Hey fellow sellers,

I wanted to bring up a frustrating situation that I recently encountered on Amazon,and I’m hoping to get some input from the community.

One of my products received an unverified negative review that raised several red flags.The reviewer claimed that the holes in the product did not align properly,which is surprising because our product uses precise digital drilling to ensure accuracy.We have never received any similar feedback from other customers,so this claim seems highly unusual.

The reviewer also mentioned that they tried to contact us to request a return but were“stuck”because they would have to pay for the shipping.This is simply not true.We have never received any communication from this customer regarding this issue,and our policy is always to cover all costs for returns if there is a problem with the product.There is no way a customer would be required to pay for shipping themselves.

Upon checking the reviewer’s profile,I noticed that their entire history consists of negative reviews.This pattern strongly suggests that their intent is not to provide genuine feedback but rather to engage in malicious competition.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation?How did you handle it?I would love to hear your thoughts and any strategies you have used to address such issues.It’s important for us to support each other and find ways to combat these unfair and misleading reviews.
