Update: One Pallet in Receiving, Still Waiting for the Second—Why No Response from Amazon Support?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to give you an update, but I’m still quite worried. One of our pallets has finally moved to "receiving" status, which is a relief, but the second pallet is still missing, and it’s been weeks now. What’s more frustrating is that despite reaching out multiple times, Amazon support still hasn’t responded to my query about both pallets.

I understand things can take time, but the silence from Amazon’s side is really unsettling, especially when this affects our stock and business. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay in getting a response? Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m hopeful the second pallet will be updated soon, but the lack of communication is worrying.
