USPS deliveries refused by Amazon warehouses
Since Amazon seems to enforce a probably new guideline, USPS is now obligated to schedule a delivery appointment for a precise day and hour. There are many USPS offices who don’t do that and send our parcels back as “refused” to wherever it came from (in my case from Europe).
I suggest that we contact the post office of the destination warehouse to investigate if they know that they are required to schedule a delivery appointment no less than 24 hours ahead of delivery and that they inform us IF they do that. If not, we must delete the shipping plan and create a new one with another destination.
In each country the national post is delivering parcels without appointments. Amazon wants to absolutely impose its will even if it’s against any logic and practice. And like always – the seller pays the cost.
From my experience and other threads I found that following warehouses reject deliveries from USPS:
Fredericksburg, VA / Stockton, CA / RFD2 / Goodyear AZ / RDU4 / MQJ1 / Port Saint Lucie FL
Please share your experience if you know other warehouses / USPS offices refusing our parcels.

This is the way it's been since the beginning of FBA, when there were only a handful of FCs nationwide. I don't believe there's any change. And since USPS cannot/won't make an appointment and follow Amazon's system, they get shut out.

Thank you for sharing those details with the forums about FC delivery issues.
Please refer to the Carrier requirements for delivering shipments help page to learn what is required of your carriers for deliveries to our fulfillment centers, specifically the Scheduling delivery appointments section:
The carrier you select to deliver your shipment will need to schedule an advanced delivery appointment. Ensure that both you and your carrier complete any required steps before requesting a delivery appointment.
As @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY mentioned, other sellers have reported similar issues, and we are continuing to share these threads and feedback with our FBA partners.
