Bullet Points Not Appearing in Listing
Hello, I have 2 ASINS which I have thorough bullet points. None of them are appearing in the listings. I made a case and seller central told me how to edit my listing to create bullet points. I know how to do this, they are not appearing and I do not see any notice of violations.
I asked for more help and I was advised (if after making sure bullets match the formats, which I believe it does) to delete the listing and try recreating. Needless to say that is NOT be deleting my listing!

I've heard back from our partner team. The team has advised that system records show that the SKUs have not been deleted as instructed in case 15300959921, which is a standard troubleshooting step to resolve listing errors. You've recently submitted file uploads that were unsuccessful, so the information was not published to the detail page.
I would recommend going ahead and following the deletion steps and waiting at least 24 hours. Then, you'll want to relist with the same SKU, Brand Name, Product ID, ID Type, and Categorization to ensure that the new listings are associated with their Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inventory.
If you encounter any errors, feel free to create a new case for file upload support. If you share the new case ID, I'll follow it along to ensure it's with the right team.
