Amazon requested a utility bill for verification. Since we live in a joint family, I didn't have a bill in my name, but I submitted one in my father's name, which matches my address. Despite this, my account has been deactivated. Can anyone help me resolve this issue or guide me on what additional documentation is required

Amazon wants to verify YOUR address and not your father's. Go to a mobile phone provider, make a cheap monthly subscription in your name, exactly how you put it in your seller account settings under "Legal entity" and "Official Registered address". Normally that works. If it's not in an supported language you have to go to a translation office and ask a "Notarized translation".

know that this situation can be frustrating. To complete verification of your account, you will have to provide a utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service with your name on it. These documents will be rejected if any other name is on it.
You will have to have the utility bill switched to your name and then wait or ask for a new updated statement. You can then re-submit it for another verification.
We currently do not have a way to bypass or manually approve your account without the approripate documents.
