The buyer agrees to delete his feedback, but he was unable to do so. The customer could not do this on his own according to the instructions, he does not see his feedback in his account, and he also contacted Amazon customer support. But they also don't see his feedback.
I twice sent instructions to the buyer to delete feedback, but he couldn't remove it. I opened a support case, but so far to no avail. Please, help me.
