A customer left a negative feedback about a purchase he made that was an item he bought by mistake. That was also his return reason on the request to return.

He also left a comment on the feedback about him dropping off the package at UPS center with the time and date.

His feedback did not mentioned about us or about the service we provided. In fact he commented the product works. No words about the satisfaction about the product either.

When we contacted him via Amazon message about the feedback, he replied with "my bad".

Then we proceed to ask him about removing the feedback and we got ghosted after that.

Can someone looked into this case as the feedback makes no mentioned about the service we provided or any issue related to us as his feedback was all about his own admission of buying the wrong item. Not quite sure what was his intentions of the product use was as he makes no mention of it either on messages or feedback. He only can stated on the feedback, it works as it was intended.
