Hi, please someone from Amazon contact us. A-to-z Guarantee Claim for Order 701-5880209-5056208 was granted and we do not understand why. The buyer received the item as described. Then he opened a return request with "No longer needed" reason. We authorized the return, but the buyer kept the item he bought from us and he sent us his old model item. We contacted the buyer as soon as we received the buyer's so called return, informing the buyer that he did not return the item he received from us, instead he sent us his old item, but the buyer never replied back to us. We also represented our side to A to Z claim team mentioning that the buyer sent us a different item, not the item he purchased from us, but the A to Z claim was granted anyway and our appeal was denied. What kind of practice is this?
