Read onlyIts heartening to narrate that Amazon is not giving due consideration to seller towards A to Z claim. My order was returned by customer to which I promptly authorised and return pick up was scheduled. Customer called customer care and they advised to raise A to Z claim very next day. I issued refund immediately after return pick up. Despite this I got a mail that A to Z claim has been counted as defect rate. Don't know how to hanle this, shall I immediately issue refund without return pick up of item or what else to avoid A to Z claim
