Hi all- would really appreciate some help,

I have 7 popular listings of Mini Bats. I edited 1 listing and added variations to it, using the same SKUs as the 7 Parent listings (with new UPCs). After I edited the 1 listing and added variations to it, the 7 original listings disappeared- they do not show up in inventory, deleted listings, and the links to them take you to an error/uh-oh page.

I've been on the phone with seller support and the catalog team but I feel like my issue was not being made clear.

Please help- any info is appreciated, thank you!

I have been having problems with trying to release variations from a parent so I can have it as a standalone to then add to a different parent. It says it saving, but it never does. I select the parent, go to variations, click the one I want to exclude, then delete from the parent and save, as I've read that's how it's done.

Secondly, I've tried editing variations (in this case scent), which all need different descriptions. Again, it says it's saving and will be live in 15 minutes. Doesn't happen.

I've tried using different browsers to no avail.

Anyone experiencing this? I figure I can't be the only one.

Trying to add a new listing for a clothing item with size variations. Seem to be stuck in variation limbo. Currently, I have checked the box for "Variation Item" and for "Apparel Size" under the product identity tab.

There are three problems...

1) Despite being an item with variations, it's asking for the size (singular) on the product details tab. These are required fields.

Why is it asking for a single size when this is an item with size variations?

Second problem is that even though I've checked the "apparel size" box on the variations tab, no actual variation entry lines appear below. Third problem is that even though I have "Apparel Size" checked, the other check boxes are red, as if it's necessary to choose another.

Anybody know how to rectify this? Specifically, is there a way to remove the required "size" fields from the product details page, a way to get the variations to appear on the variations tab, and a way to remove the necessity of choosing 2 variations on the variation tab?

Any help would be much appreciated.
