A few months ago, Amazon introduced an Account Level Reserve to our disbursements, which works out at approximately 9-10 days worth of disbursement revenue.
A few days ago, we received an email about the new DD+7 policy. Seller support has informed us that the DD+7 is IN ADDITION to the Account Level Reserve.
Amazon now wants to hold almost 20 days' worth of sales! Seriously?
Hi contact this email and request DD+7 to be extended to next year.I have done this but apparently there is a 7 day wait for reply. I received email from Amazon to do this.
