Details on Explore Brand Selection

Greetings current and future Brand Registered Brand Owners,

Hope you are all having a great day today! We see that folks have had questions regarding the new features on Explore Brand Selection. These capabilities were added to assist in expanding your Brand Selection and ensuring your listings are robust and attractive to customers.

Explore Brand Selection is a tool exclusive to Brand owners on Amazon. Explore Brand Selection allows Brand Owners to 1) access New Selection Opportunities recommendations to identify and add Brand selection and 2) Review Listing Updates to view any upcoming catalog updates on their Brand’s listings.

New Selection Opportunities identifies products from external sources, such as your brand websites, which are not currently offered on Amazon and creates product listings with information found on that source. New Selection Opportunities enables you to onboard new selection from your brand with reduced time and effort. As a Brand owner, you are in control of the listing and can edit the recommendations before adding an offer. You have no obligation to list any recommendation.

You can view recommendations for New Selection Opportunities by visiting the Explore Brand Selection page. If you are currently not enrolled you can request enrollment here. Enrollment does not guarantee product recommendations as that is subject to availability. Once you have enrolled, we will continue to monitor both Amazon’s product catalog and external sources to identify selection opportunities. You always have flexibility to un-enroll from New Selection Opportunities. We will continue to refresh recommendations in the “Has Other Offers” tab which lists products from your Brand already listed in the Amazon store by other Sellers and not by you the Brand owner. If you un-enroll, we will not refresh the recommendations in the “New to Amazon” tab which lists selection opportunities based on products identified on your Brand’s website and other external sources.

Through the Review Listing Updates view on Explore Brand Selection, Brand Owner selling partners are notified of any AI recommended update to product content. You always remain in control of what is published to the detail page and have the ability to accept or deny any proposed AI enrichments. Amazon is invested in creating high quality detail pages for customers and is using the latest in AI to ensure the quality and accuracy of your product listing.

At this time Review Listing Updates is not optional and you cannot unenroll. If you find that the proposed recommendation is not correct, merely deny the update by the “Feedback Due Date”. For the most effective results we recommend providing a reason for the denial so that we can improve future recommendations. You can check out if you have any recommendations in the “Review Listings Updates” tab of the Explore Brand Selection page.

If you find that you have missed a Feedback Due Date and want to still reject the changes just reach out to Seller Partner Support to review and help revert the content.

Thanks for checking out these exciting new features to grow your Brand’s presence here on Amazon. The team is excited to take your feedback on these new features. Tell us what you are enjoying and what you think might require improvement and as always, we in the Amazon Seller Forums Community Management team are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Have a great day,

-Glenn
