Urgent: CSBA Non-Responsiveness Leading to Negative Feedback
CSBA is not responding to customers or communicating with us, which has led to a surge in negative feedback from buyers who are frustrated by the lack of customer service. We have tried reaching out to our account manager, who was very proactive initially when convincing us to activate CSBA, but has since stopped responding to any emails. We’re at a loss because buyers have no way to contact the seller directly except by leaving negative feedback. The "Contact Seller" option is disabled when CSBA is active, making the situation even more frustrating.

Do not use CSBA. Customer service should be provided by the seller. It does not make sense to outsource customer service that you need to pay for AND takes away control from you.
