Please review support ticket 16482130621 - [Moderator Edit: removed personal solicitations] I have already spent hours and been passed around to over 11 "specialists". The last one finally acknowledged it was a problem on Amazon's end and that they would fix it. I was told to wait for an email update. The update took me right back to where we started. I see that they gave you information on how to fix this. Have you tried to correct this issue with the information that they provided and did it work? If it didn't work, please reply back to the case with the steps you took and if you received any error. Once you confirm if this worked or not and have replied to the case, I can escalate further.

Did your inventory get stranded due to errors on your listings? In my experience, even if the listing is limited or restricted (see the following image), you should be able to edit and fix incorrect attributes, as long as you are the rights owner.
Here is how:
Back up the ASIN and SKU numbers (the most important part); Delete the listing and relist with the exact same ASIN and SKU (see image 2).
If you still can not get your listing reinstated after the update, the issue is pretty much more than just incorrect attributes.
