That is not a snapshot of the whole account health page, there is more at the bottom. Also, have you checked your performance notifications?
Posting here won't resolve anything. You need to provide the evidence that the items in question are legit, were obtained through a verifiable supply chain, and that you are authorized to sell them on Amazon BY THE BRAND. This is probably spelled out in the notice that you received.
If you want more help, post your suspension notice (redact any personal info).
